This card is for Kellyâs VSN challenge. I had googled some Spotlight techniques and chose a video I found on YouTube that looked pretty easy....nope not for me. My friend and fellow crafter, Gracie, will attest to this as she was crafting with me at the time....definitely more than 2m apart...actually 15,659 km to be precise...lol.
I die cut the panels and started stamping in black. Then stamped a smaller panel in purple but when I put the 2 together they didnât fit. Doh! Stamped again 2 more panels and still they didnât fit. I donât think my brain was in gear lol. It was when Gracie suggested I fussy cut the flowers that I thought that would work. Out came the scissors.
Later I tried to stamp another 2 panels...again they didnât work so I finally gave up and added my fussy cut flowers. Stamped the sentiment and added bling and wink of Stella.
Iâm not one to give up easy and one day I will try this technique again...I obviously am missing something lol.
Thanks Gracie for the tip...was fun.
TFL everyone. Keep safe and have a fun day.
